Global mental health and psychosocial support Conference - 5th&6th June 2017 - London

KCL will held the Global mental health and psychosocial support Conference on 5th&6th June 2017 at Waterloo campus, King's College London.

This two day conference is aimed at people working in the field of global health who are interested in the latest interventions and debates in mental health and psychosocial support. The key conference themes are reverse innovation and mutual learning; sustainability, scaling up & training; models of health partnerships; working with local and international policies; trauma and migration; and helping the helpers. We have internationally recognised keynote speakers from a range of backgrounds as well as an even larger number of speakers in symposia across the themes.

G. Thornicroft, the Emerald Coordinator, will make a presentation on "Interventions to reduce stigma and discrimination in low and middle income countries ".
